11/29 News Bites - Ghost House Sequels, 2001 Redux, and MEAT TRAIN release date

Ryuhei Kitamura's MIDNIGHT MEAT TRAIN, adapted from a Clive Barker novel and starring Vinnie Jones, hits theatres May 16th

- Scott Swan and Drew McWeeny will team up once again with John Carpenter for his episode on Fear Itself. The two previously wrote both of Carpenter's episodes on Masters Of Horror.

- Ghost House Pictures, Sam Raimi's production company, plans make sequels to RISE, THE MESSENGERS, and create a third movie in THE GRUDGE series

- Director Tom Sullivan will recut 2001 MANIACS to his original vision (appropriately called 2001 MANIACS: REDUX) and release it as a bonus disc with the sequel, 2001 MANIACS: BEVERLY HELLBILLYS

- The George Romero produced anthology DEADTIME STORIES is now filming in Pennsylvania. No dates or distribution details have yet been confirmed.
